Natural Products
Images on our website are in our opinion a very fair reflection of the goods we send to you. All our products are natural and there will of course be slight differences in appearance and we ask you, the buyer, to specify if there are more precise colours or shapes you require when ordering.
However, where these products are natural (driftwood, seashells etc) we cannot guarantee exact colour matches/shapes and you, the buyer, will be responsible for postage costs to and from us, the seller if a return is required.. The exact seaglass, shells or driftwood pictured on the site may not always be in stock and at such times we will occasionally substitute the ordered item for an equal or higher value which are as close a match as possible. We will always try & enclose a note if this has been done to avoid any confusion.
Out of Stock Items
In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of your ordered item we will contact you immediately by email to let you know and to inform you when the item will be back in stock. You then have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Cancellations, refunds & Returns.
You can cancel your order by emailing us within 2 days of your order.
If the goods have already been dispatched you will be responsible for postage costs and must return them to us within 7 days of letting us know that you intend to cancel the order.
Your card will be refunded within 14 days of the date that we receive the returned goods. Your refund will be for the amount paid for the goods minus the standard delivery cost for the order.
Goods should be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition they were in when we dispatched them to you. You are responsible for paying your own postage or shipping charges to return the item to us.
The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Any breakages must be reported within 12 hours of receipt and email photo evidence.
